Isla Holbox is located three hours distance from  Cancun, in the north-east of the peninsula Yucatan,  where the gulf of Mexico meets the Caribean Sea.
 On the 35 km long and 2- 4 km wide island is only  one village. The people live from fishing, are a  very happy, hospitle and warm hardet.
 Discover by foot or by bisycle the endless, white  sandy beach, the fauna, the animals and the  mexican village. It is a heaven for shell collectors.
 As infrastructur Holbox offers: doctor, pharmacy,  restaurants, shops, art-boutiques, golfcars- and  bisycle rental.
 The island does not supply banks or change  boots, also creditcards are not accepted.
